Ron has been recovering nicely, thank you very much.
His eye looks good to my untrained eye. The biggest problem Ron has been having is adjusting to the changed eyesight.
He has really been fighting frustration since the patch came off on Tuesday morning. He can't see with his glasses, he can't see without them. He's been dizzy as all get out on top of it all. We've tried taking the one lens out of the glasses, and putting it back in again. Unfortunately until his brain retrains itself to accept his new vision, there isn't much else to do.
Luckily, Ron said he's not as dizzy as he had been before. At least that is diminishing.
Day by day for now. Here's hoping that the trend continues that each day is just a little better than the one before it.
