Today is the big day. Today is the day that someone has been waiting on for a long time.
My brother Philip is officially RETIRED!!
His last day of "work" was last Thursday and today he went in to sign the final papers. That's it. No more grind of employment. No more schedules. No more deadlines. No more work travel. No more blowing things up and getting paid for it.
All kidding aside, congratulations, Phil. You worked long and hard to get here and you definitely deserve hitting this milestone in your life. May you enjoy a long and prosperous retirement.
Next stop - LORAIN! C'mon home!
